IMPORTANT:

In the case of cancellation of participation after the registration fee is paid, our reimbursement policy is as follows:

(i) 90% of the fee is reimbursed if cancelation is until 15 June 2022;

(ii) 75% of the fee is reimbursed if cancelation is until 15 July 2022;

(iii) 50% of the fee is reimbursed if cancelation is until 1 August 2022;

(iv) 0% is reimbursed if cancelation is after 1 August 2022. All the fees related to the reimbursement process will be supported by the registrant.
