Registration fee for participants includes: all conference materials, access to all sessions (plenary and parallel sessions), all 5 (five) dinners and evening events (!): Day 1 - Reception; Day 2 - Welcome event; Day 3 - Artistic event; Day 4 - Outdoor traditionl dinner; Day 5 - Closing banquet.

Cluj-Napoca, the main city of Transylvania and the second largest city of Romania is a very important cultural, scientific and economic center of Eastern Europe. Cluj-Napoca is easily accessible by plane through a very modern International Airport. Direct international flights from Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, UK, France and Hungary are available daily. However, simultaneous arrival of too many participants in one single day (i.e. one day before the opening ceremony, Tue 24 July 2012) might be problematic. So our advice is to book your flights in advance or to plan your arrival on Sunday 22 July 2012 or Monday 23 July 2012. We might suggest in this situation a pre-conference tour.
